Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business, such as email delivery and secure logistics, under contract. Regulators and law-enforcement authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a trade are deleted within twelve months. Counterparty records are retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering law, which is at least five years after the relationship ends.
