Prices

Any price shown or quoted is indicative until confirmed in writing by the desk. Confirmed prices are linked to the prevailing spot price at the time of confirmation and are valid for the period stated in the confirmation.

Counterparty checks

Every trade is conditional on satisfactory completion of our know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering procedures. We may decline a trade at any stage without giving reasons.

Settlement and delivery

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is by bank transfer against invoice, metal is allocated on receipt of cleared funds, and risk passes on collection from our office or on hand-over to the insured carrier.

Governing law

These terms and any trade are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
